According to WHO, Maternal Health refers to the health of women during pregnancy, childbirth and the postnatal period.
Each stage should be a positive experience, ensuring women and their babies reach their full potential for health and well-being.
In this course, we aim to deliver the knowledge and skills required for the front line health workers in fulfilling the WHO's requirement to achieve the positive experience for the mothers and babies
in terms of Maternal Health Care so that the learner can reapply, utilize, and practice their learnings to provide the quality maternal healthcare in their setting.
